The Vestry is the board of directors for the congregation. It is charged with overseeing the temporal, or worldly, activities and affairs of the parish. It is the Vestry, working in cooperation with the Rector and the Wardens, that collects and disperses parish funds. It also empowers and represents the volunteer committees.

The Vestry is governed by the canons of the Diocese of Minnesota and the bylaws of the congregation. The Vestry consists of the Rector, Senior and Junior wardens, and nine voting members. The Secretary and Treasurer are non-voting members of the Vestry. Members are elected by the congregation at the annual meeting, and serve terms of three years. The Vestry meets on the third Monday of each month.
