EXTEND SOME CARE TO THOSE SERVING IN THE MILITARY
For the last week of March and the first two weeks of April we will be collecting postcards or notes written to each of the individuals serving in the Armed Forces, who we pray for each Sunday. Daniel, Wiley, Ian Paul Mike Jimmy, Rudy, Brian, Gus and Sam are on our prayer list and we wanted as many people to drop them a line and let them know that they are thought of and prayed for by many of us. You can pick up the cards in church for those three weeks or stop by the office and get some of the cards. You may write one or all of these men and send them your best wishes. We will be sending them out on April 16 so please get them back to us by the 15. This act of prayer and action will bring you and the people we pray for into a deeper relationship.
Opportunities to serve God in our church community

The goal of the InReach Committee is to serve the needs of the parish family.

Some of our ongoing activities include:

• Praying and reaching out to those who are in physical or spiritual need
• Providing meals for families who are dealing with illness or other crisis
• Making gift baskets for new babies
• Providing rides to church
• Providing recordings of the 10 a.m. service upon request
• Overseeing the Tuesday evening soup suppers for the parish
• Giving home-baked bread to newcomers and those in need of some support
• Meeting other needs of the parish family as they occur

We would like to encourage anyone who is interested in serving our church community in this way to contact Jim Christopherson at 651-439-4932 or attend our next meeting.

Please contact Jim Christopherson at 651-439-4932 for further information or to
report needs within our church community.

One of the ministries of the InReach Committee is to provide gift baskets for families with new babies. At this time we are in need of monetary donations and/or baby items for the baskets. Please contact Julie Schmolke 651.439. 8652 or Jim Christopherson at 651-439-4932.
